Local honey is, without a doubt, one of the greatest delicacies in rural Africa. In Zambia, SSAAP is working with farmers to cultivate bees, bee hives and to generate a source of income through honey sales. Honey costs $2.50 per jar within Zambia. SSAAP hopes to expand sales to an international market for fundraising.
