Animal-rearing projects in Zambia help the Zambians with agriculture ventures, such as plowing fields, providing milk, meat, sources of income-generation and education through hands-on experience. Zambians have a natural talent for working with animals, and in Simwatachela Chiefdom, a cow is to a Tonga family no lesser than a human being.
